The way to search for a home is by using the easy drop down menus. You can narrow your search by clicking the "Advanced Search" button and entering a word, a phrase, an amount range, a start date or an end date. Phrases such as pool, lake and gated are examples of dynamic words that can be used in Advanced Search to narrow your list of homes.

Once a list of homes appears that fits your criteria, you can click on the arrow above the price range to view in ascending price or descending price. If you only want to see homes in a specific price range, then click on "Advanced Search" and enter the price range. You can also click on "New Today" to see what homes have been listed today and get a contract on your new home before somebody else!

 
Remember, the low prices of these homes are just for a short period of time...and although you want to beat the clock and place an offer on a home before this price is gone...more importantly, you want to beat another buyer to the punch by seeing the home and placing a contract on it before anybody else.
